"The photochromic didn't get dark enough for me so exchanged for the polarized smoke rippa the only things I dont like is the ear stems are a lil scruffy and wish the lenses would wrap a lil further around the peripheral but that being said fixing to order a clear pair for working in the dark and these are actually stamped for all your z87+ inside workers out there"

From what (vlt range) % to what % do they go to?. Is lens replaceable?
Hi Alex, The photochromic lenses on the BOMB RIPPA Safety transition from about 85–90% VLT (nearly clear indoors) down to roughly 15–20% VLT (smoke tint outdoors in full UV). Do the photochromic work inside a vehicle…? In other words through the vehicles glass…
The Photochromic requires direct sunlight to properly transition. So yes! if they are getting direct sunlight through the windshield they will change :)
